How to manage a Bid Evaluation

After creating the Opportunity you will then be redirected to the Bid No Bid page where you can go through the Bid Evaluation steps and review the Assessment Outcome.
Select the Blue Pen Icon to further edit Opportunity details
The Assessment Outcomes will Update as you go through the Bid Evaluation steps.
The Estimated Bid value is based on the Value entered on the Opportunity details
The Weighted Bid value is calculated based on the Go and Get % entered.
Select the 'Active' status drop down to change Opportunity status
Select the 'Active' status drop down to change Opportunity status
There are 4 status for the Bid Evaluation however only 2 are changeable via the status drop down;
Active: Which will be status maintained until a decision is made on the Bid evaluation.
Cancelled: If the Opportunity/Project is cancelled you can select the Cancelled status to mark that outcome.
Once all steps have been passed you will be asked Bid or No Bid;
Bid: Selecting Bid will change the status to Bid and be re-directed to proposals where you can begin to construct you Work breakdown.
No Bid: You can select No Bid either after step 1 or after all steps are passed. Once No Bid is selected the status will update and the Opportunity can no longer be changed.
