- How to add Equipment/Software resources to a Proposal Work Package

 Select the Equipment or Software Icon on a Work package

- Select the add Equipment/Software button
- Select the Resource and rate
  - <i>You will need to make sure that you have added a cost to the resource on the contract so that it appears</i>
- Add a markup via $ or % if required 
- Enter the units
