OVERVIEW
This will explain the uses for the Record Icon's that are used on Opportunities, Proposals and Projects.
On each Record (Opportunity, Proposal or Project) select the below button to access the record symbols

Invite users to records (Opportunities, Proposals and Projects)
There are 3 different Share roles: Manager, Editor and Viewer
Manager can edit the record and Share other users
Editor can edit the record
Viewer can only view the record
The following User roles are auto assigned Manager when invited to a record: Company Admin, Company Manager and Office Manager (Only for their office)

Select Approvers for approving proposals
Approvers are added via the admin console on a users profile
