  • Set up your profile: Activate account, Create Profile & Review Notifications

NOTE

  • Edit: Your Profile can be edited at any time by yourself or the Company Admin

How to activate your Account

  • You should have received an email invite email from Proteus titled ‘You've been invited to join Proteus’ (check your junk mail in case it's been filtered or ask the Project Manager/admin to resend it)

  1. Click the ‘Set up your account’ yellow button, from within the invitation email

  2. Populate your details, create a password, tick if you agree to the ‘Privacy Policy and Terms of Service’ box and click ‘Next’

  3. Click ‘Go to your account’

  • This will redirect you to your Proteus Account Dashboard

  • You will receive an email asking you to verify your account

4. Click ‘Verify Account’

How to create your Profile

  • Note this information is used across Proteus to link your profile to Projects and your CV to Proposals. It only needs to be added once, it can be edited at any time by yourself or the Company Admin.

  1. Click on the icon with your name, in the top right corner of the screen

  2. Select ‘My Profile’ from the drop down menu

  3. Populate your info details

  4. Upload your profile picture by selecting ‘upload’

  5. Populate your CV, summary, employment history, education and certificates by clicking ‘+Add’

  6. Click ‘Save’

How to review your Notification Settings

  • By default, you will get an alert when an action has taken place by another user that you are directly involved with

  1. Click on the icon with your name, in the top right corner of the screen

  2. Select ‘Notification Settings’ from the drop down menu

  3. Review when and how (email/web/both) you want to receive your notifications.

  4. Click ‘Save’

  • Note ‘web’ notifications will appear in alerts (the grey bell in the top right corner of the screen)
