  • Review Notification Settings as applicable to your business


  • Edit your dashboard announcements in Language & Labels


  • Access: only Company Admins have access as this is in Admin Console

Edit: Users can also customise their own preferences in their own Notification Settings

How to edit User Notifications

  • The default Notification Settings is set to ‘All’

Navigate to Notification Settings

  1. Navigate to the Admin Console and select Notification Settings from the grey menu

Review Notifications

  1. Check the Web or Email tick box to select the type of User Notifications you wish to receive

  2. Click Save

  • You will find your notifications by clicking on the ‘bell icon’, which is located left to your User Profile in the top right corner of the screen
