Create and manage recurring external purchase costs that can be applied to your budget

How to create a recurring cost

Select ‘Finance’ from the main navigation bar on the Left of the screen.

Navigate to ‘Costs’ tab from white horizontal submenu

How to create Costs

Select ‘+Create Cost’ in Global Costs Index

Select Supplier and complete Cost Code and cost details. Select Save Cost.

Notes:

  • You need access to the Finance section in order to manage recurring costs. Your Company Admin can grant you access in Proteus as required.

  • Costs added to Proteus can be viewed, edited and deleted using the tri-dot 3 menu.

  • Costs can be filtered through advanced search functionality
